16’ 6” diameter (at the eves) stall with pick-a-straw game. A game of chance where the player buys a ‘straw’. Unravelled it reveals whether you have won a prize or not. The number of prizes and their values being adjusted to give a reasonable number of prizes as well as a profit for the showman. Sometimes operated on a ‘prize-every-time’ basis. The centre of these stalls would be well dressed with very attractive ‘swag’.
