Atkinson ‘Venturer’ six wheel articulated generator tractor unit. In 1971 the heavy haulage experts Pickfords ordered a batch of very high specification tractor units from Atkinsons. At least eight of these found their way onto the fairgrounds. The kit includes an EFE die-cast lorry, which has been machined to suit, white metal bumper, headlamps, cab vents, fifth wheel, new rear mudguards, registration plates and fully enclosed resin generator.
