SHOWMANS LIVING VANS
We have kits for 19’ and 23’ long showmans living vans of the 1920’s and 1930’s. Many vans of this type survived in use into the 1980’s and then into preservation. The vans have features typical of the period – mollycroft roofs, end bay window, inset belly boxes, square ends and small carved brackets under the ends of the roof. The vans are made from white metal and soft rubber tyres are supplied for realism and ease of painting.
We produce a range of trailers suitable for model fairgrounds from the 1920’s To the present day. The kits are mostly white metal with twin soft rubber tyres all round. The frame bodes are made from etched brass which gives scale thicknesses and good detail. See also the galloper section for more trailers.
